These are a few of my short stories, often inspired by real events, told as interestingly as possible.
Hustling London Transport:

Is a short account about an old man and woman’s attempt to
stop a London bus where it isn’t meant to stop.
Bits & Bobs – Lewisham Hospital:
A short story about visiting my sister in-law at the
Lewisham hospital and all the characters I meet along the way.
Cleaners & Contexts:

This is an account of a conversation between two Muslim
parents at an Islamic school. One an employee and the
other makes a remark about her clothing when the
entire situation erupts out of control.
The Perfect Candidate:

This is a conversation I had with an Iraqi cab driver
in Chicago, where he tells his story of living in the
US as an immigrant, father and Muslim.
Home: A Year and 52 Minutes

A story about a Jordanian immigrant that works in
a Starbucks in Virginia making minimum wage
reflecting on his life as an immigrant and his family.
Ladies and Gentlemen
A story of a girl going on a trip and the young man
she meets along the way, their short-lived friendship
makes the journey all-the-more interesting.
The Distaste for Living:

The thoughts of an older man on the loss of his wife
and reflecting on whats left of his own.
Diagnosis:

A story of an old man whose friend was dying, and
how he had to physically carry him to the hospital.
The real shock is when he tells of what he was dying.
Fragile Life (P I)
A story about two high school girls and the problems
one of them was facing.
In Suits & Suites:
A glimpse of the United Nations General Assembly meeting as seen
by a young lady attending on temporary assignment as a PA.
